Smart City Expo World in Barcelona offered engaging discussions and inspiring encounters. There was significant interest in learning more about the DigiCityClimate project, a collaboration between KTH, the City of Stockholm, and ElectriCITY Innovation. The project aims to create a digital platform for citizens, the City of Stockholm, and researchers. This platform will provide access to climate data, facilitate climate action, and help achieve the city’s climate goals.
Various aspects of the project were presented during multiple sessions in Barcelona by Jörgen Lööf from ElectriCITY, Anna Sundman, Lisa Enarsson, and Peter Wiborn from the City of Stockholm, as well as representatives from KTH, including Davide Rolando and Hossein Shahrokni.
The project is funded by the ICLEI Action Fund, the project’s funding body, and Alis Daniela Torres, Head of Green Digital Transformation at ICLEI Europe, shared more about ICLEI and their hopes for DigiCityClimate.
